Pannonian Basin geothermal stakeholders’ meetup

Download Agenda

The GEOSYN project is pleased to invite geothermal stakeholders to an online meetup on 3 June 2026 at 15:00 CET, organised with Greet Geo and Reheateast as part of Geo-Cluster. The event will bring together stakeholders from across the Pannonian Basin to strengthen connections, encourage cooperation, and explore new opportunities for geothermal development.

The Pannonian Basin, spanning Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine, holds significant geothermal potential that remains underutilised. This event aims to help unlock that potential by improving awareness, building new partnerships, and supporting more effective business development across the region.

Participants will have the opportunity to briefly present their organisation and interests, followed by a moderated Q&A session. The format is designed to facilitate direct contact between stakeholders interested in cooperation in EU tender calls, technology and service partnerships, planned geothermal investments, and cross-border market development.

Those wishing to take part are invited to send basic information about their organisation, references, website, and areas of interest by 29 May to y.demchuk@geothermalukraine.org, with consent for this information to be shared with other participants. Presentations should be 3–5 minutes long and include no more than 5 slides, with concise information on the organisation, key references, and cooperation interests.
